Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Information

 

Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible (goods ordered after 12 noon on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday) and we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours. However please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail with a signed for service where available.

The shipping charge is £ 10.00 per pair.

The cost will be added automatically to your payment.

If you have not received your goods within 7 days please contact us on info@aasehopstock.com to inquire about the status of your shipment. Please note that not all orders are trackable beyond the UK due to the service at the final destination.

If you should require your shoes to be sent in any other manner please notify us when ordering, as this may incur further charges to be cleared prior to shipping.

We will have no liability to you for any delay in delivery of products ordered or any other matter to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour, disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

VAT/TAX

All our listed prices are inclusive of UK VAT (20%), even when prices are labelled as ‘ex.tax’. If you feel you are not liable to pay UK VAT then please call us or email us via the number/address provided on our contacts page and we will issue a refund where deemed appropriate.

Packaging

Every pair of Aase Hopstock shoes comes in a glossy white and gold shoebox, with a white and gold drawstring dust-bag, as well as an extra pair of gold top-pieces.

Returns

All purchased shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before regular wear. At this point, if you are unhappy with the product you are eligible to return it (within 14 days). If any returned pair is damaged, scuffed, soiled or worn on the sole or any other areas, we may refuse to give a refund and will return the shoes to the customer.

Shoes must be returned with their original undamaged shoe box, (including tissue paper, dust-bag, information/card, and top-pieces) . Please state your reason for return. Shoes that are returned without their box and its original content may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. You the customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend that you insure your parcel as we will not issue credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

If you claim that the product is defective, we will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund (if we agree that there is a defect) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

If you are returning shoes because they are unsuitable or the wrong fit, we will only refund the cost of the shoes and you will be fully responsible for the postage paid when returning the item. Sale items purchased with a cupon/code are strictly non-refundable, and only an exchange for a similarly priced product will be offered.

Please note that if you have received the wrong product, or if we have otherwise incorrectly fulfilled your order, we shall refund you in full, including shipping charges and the return charges.

Refunds

We will make refunds for returns within 30 days of the receipt of the unwanted products.

 

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size, please call 07772 641 681 or email info@aasehopstock.com as soon as possible so we can check availability and reserve your pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition.

Should you wish to exchange your shoes for a different style, we ask that you please return the shoes and receive a normal refund. Then re-purchase your desired style as before.
